Eye make-up remover emulsion from EYE CARE Cosmetics cleanses the eye contour area, gently removing all make-up.
It is formulated with non-ionic surfactants, with the pH of tears, to protect sensitive eyes or contact lens wearers.

Direction for use:
Apply with a cotton pad to closed eyes and the area around eyes. Leave for a few seconds to dissolve makeup and gently wipe without rubbing.
Use a new cotton pad for each eye.
